Experienced in both the hustle and mindful mindsets, certified coach Jennie Wolfe is sharing the various practices that support her and her busy clients generate a calm and focused mind.

Whether you're a beginner or experienced in making space for yourself, Jennie will gently guide you through these effective practices on Wednesdays mornings to finish the week strong.

What you need to know:

  2. We won't see/hear you, but there will be chatbox.
